Nutrition support for when you need a deeper look
Deep Dive is my most comprehensive consultation, designed for women who want to explore their health, symptoms and nutrition in more detail.
Whether you’re dealing with ongoing digestive issues, low energy, hormonal concerns, difficult eating patterns, confusing symptoms or simply not feeling your best, this session is designed to help uncover what may be contributing and where to focus first.
To talk through where you are and whether this feels like the right next step, I offer a free 20-minute Intro Call, which I always recommend before booking.

A Clear Plan Forward
From My Clients
Helen
I can’t thank Imogen enough for her generosity and time. Her advice was clear, helpful and reassuring, and I left feeling confident that a few small changes could really benefit me. I’m a bit of a wellness nerd, but I still learned lots from her expert advice.
Lauren
When I first met with Imogen, I was feeling overwhelmed by recent blood test results, specifically high cholesterol levels, which seemed to creep higher year on year despite my efforts. She quickly identified simple changes from my food diary and explained how my blood markers related to my diet and lifestyle. Six months later, my cholesterol levels had come down significantly — the lowest they’ve been since 2010. I now have more energy and a much healthier relationship with food.
Chris
I came to Imogen after blood tests showed my iron was too low and cholesterol too high, despite thinking I was eating healthily. I was quite anxious that she’d suggest drastic changes, but instead she recommended simple tweaks to my regular diet—tweaks that turned out to be very powerful, as my blood results some months later showed that all my markers moved back into the desired range! I really rate Imogen's approach - she works with your habits, rather than against them.

Your Questions, Answered-
Deep Dive includes a 75-minute consultation, completed after I’ve reviewed your health questionnaire and 3-day food diary in advance.
Following your consultation, you’ll receive a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan outlining key areas of focus, practical next steps, meal and lifestyle suggestions, and supportive recommendations tailored to your needs.
A follow-up check-in is also included and can take place via email or call, depending on what feels most helpful for you.
I always recommend booking a free Intro Call before arranging Deep Dive so we can talk through where you are and whether the consultation feels like the right fit for you.

The food diary is an important part of the process.
It helps me understand your current eating patterns, nutrient intake, routines and any potential gaps before trying to conceive or starting fertility treatment.
This means your consultation can be much more personalised and practical.
-
We decide this together at the end of your consultation.
Some people prefer earlier follow-up support, while others choose to wait a little longer, depending on treatment timelines, appointments or personal preference. Typically, follow-ups take place 2-3 weeks after your first consultation.
-
All consultations take place online via video call.
Many clients find this much easier to fit around work, fertility appointments and everyday life. It also means you can attend from the comfort of your own home without needing to travel to another appointment.

All consultations are carried out by me, Imogen Schels, founder of Elia Nutrition and a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr).
