Nutrition support for everyday health
Nutrition Review is a lighter-touch consultation for women who want personalised nutrition advice in a focused, manageable format.
We’ll discuss your current diet, main concerns and goals, helping you identify clear priorities and realistic changes to support your health and wellbeing.
This appointment is best suited to simpler concerns, general nutrition guidance, or support with one main area of focus.
I always recommend booking a free 20-minute Intro Call first so we can discuss your situation and decide which appointment is the best fit for you.

The Nutrition Review
This session is designed to help you understand what may be affecting how you feel and what to focus on next.
We’ll talk through your current diet, symptoms, concerns and goals, helping you identify clear priorities and realistic changes to support your health and wellbeing.
Included in Nutrition Review:
A review of your current diet, symptoms and goals
Personalised guidance tailored to your routine and needs
Clear priorities and practical next steps
Personalised recommendations sent to you following the session
What to Expect
We'll discuss your symptoms, goals and current habits, and I may ask you to talk me through what you’ve eaten that day or the day before. This helps build a clearer picture of what’s going on and identify the areas most likely to make a difference.
A supportive, detailed conversation
Rather than trying to change everything at once, we’ll identify a few key areas to focus on and build recommendations that feel realistic for your routine and lifestyle.
Practical next steps
After the call, I’ll put together a short written summary with your key guidance, ideas and next steps, and send this to you by email. The recommendations will be tailored to your goals, lifestyle and preferences — not a generic plan or list of restrictive rules.
Personalised guidance
By the end of the session, the goal is for you to feel clearer about what may be going on, what matters most, and which steps are worth focusing on first.
Clarity and confidence
From My Clients
Laura
Imogen was fab. Great communication from the start, she really listened to my concerns during the consultation and provided a detailed report with really practical tips to keep me on track. A great service and excellent value for money.
Chris
I came to Imogen after blood tests showed my iron was too low and cholesterol too high, despite thinking I was eating healthily. I was quite anxious that she’d suggest drastic changes, but instead she recommended simple tweaks to my regular diet—tweaks that turned out to be very powerful, as my blood results some months later showed that all my markers moved back into the desired range! I really rate Imogen's approach - she works with your habits, rather than against them.
Lauren
When I first met Imogen, I was feeling overwhelmed by recent blood test results, specifically high cholesterol levels, which seemed to creep higher year on year despite my efforts. She quickly identified simple changes from my food diary and explained how my blood markers related to my diet and lifestyle. Six months later, my cholesterol levels had come down significantly — the lowest they’ve been since 2010. I now have more energy and a much healthier relationship with food.
Helen
I can’t thank Imogen enough for her generosity and time. Her advice was clear, helpful and reassuring, and I left feeling confident that a few small changes could really benefit me. I’m a bit of a wellness nerd, but I still learned lots from her expert advice.
