All consultations are delivered by Imogen Schels ANutr, founder of Elia Nutrition and an AfN-registered nutritionist with a personalised, realistic approach to women’s health.

Intro Call

FREE | 20 minutes

Start with a free Intro Call. It’s a simple, no-pressure way to talk through what’s going on and decide which appointment type is right for you.

We’ll briefly discuss your concerns, what you’ve already tried, and what kind of support would help most. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of your next steps and the appointment type that’s right for you.

A focused appointment designed to help you understand what’s going on and what to do next. It’s a practical option if you’re looking for focused support without the depth of a full Deep Dive.

We’ll talk through what you typically eat, how you’re feeling day to day, your main concerns, and what you’d like support with — whether that’s energy, digestion, hormones, weight changes, fertility preparation, or simply feeling better in yourself.

You’ll leave with clearer priorities and practical next steps, and personalised recommendations will be sent to you after the session.

The most comprehensive option. A deeper consultation designed to understand your health, eating habits, symptoms and goals in detail — especially if you’re dealing with ongoing symptoms, low energy, hormonal concerns, digestive issues, or simply not feeling your best.

Before we meet, I’ll review your health questionnaire and 3-day food diary so we can use our time together to focus on what matters most.

  • A detailed exploration of your health, lifestyle and nutrition

  • Identification of patterns, nutrition gaps and possible underlying drivers

  • Clear, personalised recommendations tailored to you

  • A comprehensive post-session plan with practical nutrition and lifestyle strategies

A specialist consultation for women who are trying to conceive or preparing for fertility treatment. This session helps you understand how nutrition and lifestyle can support your body before and during this stage.

Many women only discover gaps in nutrition or lifestyle once they’ve already started trying. This consultation is designed to identify those early and put practical, personalised support in place.

Before we meet, I’ll review your health questionnaire and 3-day food diary so we can use our time together to focus on what matters most.

Follow-up sessions are designed to help you put your recommendations into practice, refine what’s working, and troubleshoot anything that feels difficult in real life.

They’re ideal if you’d like ongoing support as your routine, symptoms, goals or circumstances change.
