You’ll leave with clear, practical next steps, along with personalised recommendations sent to you after the session.

Before we meet, I’ll review your health questionnaire and 3-day food diary so we can use our time together to focus on what matters most.

After the session, you’ll receive a comprehensive plan with practical nutrition and lifestyle strategies designed to fit your life.
Fertility Focus
£150 | 75 minutes
If you’re trying to conceive — or preparing for fertility treatment — this session helps you understand how to best support your body.
Many women only discover gaps in nutrition or lifestyle after they’ve started trying. This consultation is about identifying those early and putting the right support in place.
What to Expect:
A focused review of your current health and fertility context
Personalised guidance on key nutrients and lifestyle factors
A clear, practical plan to support your fertility journey
You’ll be asked to complete a short questionnaire and a 3-day food diary in advance so we can make the session as useful and tailored as possible.
Follow-up
£50 | 30 minutes
This is where we refine things, troubleshoot what’s coming up, and make sure your plan is working in real life.
These sessions are designed to keep things realistic and adaptable as your routine, symptoms and goals evolve.
