2. Scope of services

Elia Nutrition Ltd provides online nutrition services, including Intro Calls, Nutrition Reviews, Deep Dive consultations, Fertility Focus consultations, and Follow-up appointments, as well as recipes, educational articles, and other nutrition-related services.

3. Medical disclaimer

All information provided through our website, articles, and consultations is based on current nutrition science and delivered by a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) on the UK Voluntary Register of Nutritionists (AfN), with advanced training in nutrition, including an MSc in Clinical Nutrition. The guidance offered is intended to support your health and wellbeing and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Recommendations are based on the information you share and are intended to support you in making informed decisions about your health.

Always consult your GP or another qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions or before making significant changes to your diet if you have underlying health concerns.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during consultations is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

However, confidentiality may be broken if there is a reasonable concern that you or someone else is at risk of serious harm, or where disclosure is required by law or a regulatory body.

5. Bookings and payments

  • All bookings are made online via our scheduling system and must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Prices are in GBP and may change without notice.

6. Required pre-consultation information

6.1 Nutrition Review and Intro Call

A short health questionnaire is required before your appointment. No three-day food diary is required in advance.

6.2 Deep Dive and Fertility Focus Consultations

To get the most out of your session, the following must be submitted in advance:

  • Health questionnaire and registration form: at least 24 hours before your appointment

  • Three-day food diary: at least 3 days before your appointment (by 5pm UK time, unless otherwise agreed)

If we don’t receive your forms and three-day food diary by the required deadlines, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. If rescheduling isn’t possible, the session will be treated as a late cancellation, and the fee will not be refunded.

7. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

We understand that plans change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while respecting the time and preparation involved in each consultation.

7.1 Nutrition Reviews

  • Can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment. Changes within 24 hours, late cancellations, or no-shows are non-refundable.

7.2 Deep Dive and Fertility Focus Consultations

  • 48 hours or more before your appointment: you may cancel or reschedule. If cancelled, a refund will be issued minus any payment processing fees.

  • Less than 48 hours before your appointment: no refund. Rescheduling may be offered where possible, but is not guaranteed.

  • No-shows: no refund.

7.3 Required forms and three-day food diary

  • Health questionnaire (where required): must be submitted at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Three-day food diary (where required): must be submitted at least 3 days before your appointment (by 5 pm UK time, unless otherwise agreed).

If we don’t receive your required forms and/or three-day food diary by these deadlines, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. If rescheduling isn’t possible, the fee will not be refunded.

7.4 Preparation work

For Deep Dive and Fertility Focus consultations, much of the work happens before we meet, as we review your health history and analyse your three-day food diary. Preparation begins when we start reviewing your information and diary ahead of your appointment. Once preparation has begun, the late cancellation policy above applies even if the appointment has not yet taken place.

7.5 Cancelling or rescheduling Intro calls (free)

Please cancel or reschedule Intro Calls at least 12 hours in advance. If you can’t make it, use the link in your confirmation email so the slot can be offered to someone else.

7.6 Follow-up appointments

Follow-ups can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment time. Late cancellations, no-shows, or changes within 24 hours are non-refundable.

8. Late arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time, and no partial refund will be issued.

9. Intellectual property and website content

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, recipes, graphics, logos, artwork, and design, is the property of Elia Nutrition Ltd unless otherwise stated, or is used with permission, under licence, or in accordance with applicable rights granted by third parties.

You may view and print content from this website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Elia Nutrition Ltd.

Where stock photography or third-party materials are used, these remain the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable copyright laws and licence agreements.

10. Limitation of liability

Elia Nutrition Ltd is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of our services or website content, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

10.1 Insurance

Elia Nutrition Ltd holds appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance for the services provided. All services are delivered within the scope of practice for a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr). Insurance does not extend to any use of information outside its intended purpose, or to any failure to follow agreed advice and recommendations.
