2. Scope of services
Elia Nutrition Ltd provides nutrition consultations, follow-up appointments, recipes, educational articles, and other nutrition-related services, which may be offered online or in person.
3. Medical disclaimer
All information provided through our website, articles, and consultations is based on current nutrition science and delivered by a Certified Nutrition Coach (RSPH) with advanced training in nutrition. The guidance offered is intended to support your health and wellbeing and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your GP or another qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions or before making significant changes to your diet if you have underlying health concerns.
4. Bookings and payments
All bookings are made online via our scheduling system and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Prices are in GBP and may change without notice.
5. Required pre-consultation information
For Consultations:
The supplied health questionnaire and registration form must be submitted at least 24 hours before the appointment.
A three-day food diary must be submitted at least three days before the appointment.
If we don’t receive your forms and food diary by the required deadlines, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. If rescheduling isn’t possible, the session will be treated as a late cancellation, and the fee will not be refunded.
6. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while respecting the time and preparation involved in each consultation.
More than three working days before your appointment: Full refund (minus any payment processing fees). Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
Within three working days of your appointment: No refund. Where possible, we will offer to reschedule your session.
No-shows: No refund.
Required forms and food diary: Your food diary must be received at least three days before, and your forms/questionnaire at least 24 hours before your appointment. If these are late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible, the fee will not be refunded.
Preparation work: Much of the work for your consultation happens before we meet, as we review your health history and analyse your food diary. For this reason, the cancellation policy above applies once preparation has begun, even if the appointment has not yet taken place.
7. Late arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time, and no partial refund will be issued.
8. Intellectual property and website content
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, recipes, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Elia Nutrition Ltd or is used under licence (including licensed stock photography) unless otherwise stated.
You may view and print content from this website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Elia Nutrition Ltd.
Where stock photography or third-party materials are used, these remain the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable copyright laws and licence agreements.
9. Limitation of liability
Elia Nutrition Ltd is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of our services or website content.
Professional Insurance: Elia Nutrition Ltd holds appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance for the services provided. All services are delivered within the scope of practice for a qualified nutrition professional. Our insurance does not cover any use of information outside the intended purpose, or any failure to follow agreed advice and recommendations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
