Giveaway Terms and Conditions: Free Consultation Prize Draw

These Terms and Conditions apply to the January 2026 “Free Consultation” prize draw (the Prize Draw) run by Elia Nutrition (the Promoter).

1) Promoter

The Promoter is Elia Nutrition Ltd, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.

2) Eligibility

The Prize Draw is open to:

  • Individuals aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

The Prize Draw is not open to:

  • Employees, contractors, or immediate family/household members of the Promoter.

3) How to enter

To enter, you must:

  • Subscribe to the Elia Nutrition newsletter using the sign-up form on elianutrition.com during the Entry Period (see section 4).

No purchase is necessary.

Entries are limited to one per person. Duplicate entries (including via multiple email addresses) may be disqualified.

4) Entry Period

The Prize Draw opens: 28 January 2026.
The Prize Draw closes: 28 February 2026 at 23:59 (UK time).

Entries received after the closing time will not be included.

5) The prize

The prize is one (1) free Consultation or Fertility Consultation with Elia Nutrition.

Prize details:

The prize:

  • Is non-transferable and non-refundable

  • Has no cash alternative

  • Must be booked and taken within 2 months of winner confirmation (unless otherwise agreed)

6) Winner selection and notification

  • One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

  • The draw will take place on 1 March 2026 (or as soon as reasonably practicable afterwards).

  • The winner will be contacted using the email address they subscribed with.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days of first contact, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner and award the prize to them.

7) Subscription requirement

Entry is via newsletter subscription. To remain eligible:

  • You must be subscribed to the Elia newsletter at the time the winner is drawn.

8) Privacy and data protection

By entering, you agree that:

  • Your email address will be used to send you the Elia Nutrition newsletter (recipes, nutrition tips, updates, and offers).

  • You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Your data will be handled in line with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

9) General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

  • The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical issues.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

10) Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
